In class, we discussed the idea of “Lost.” This got me thinking about the times that I have been lost. Of course, there have many times that I have been physically lost, such as my childhood days when I lost my parents at Disney World or in the mall. Even recently, when I forget my GPS and in up and sketchy parts of town. These are all terrifying times in which we fear many things. However, as soon as we find our ground again, we go back living normally. It is the times that I have truly been lost that has changed me. The times that I turned away from the Lord, my faith, and my values. There are some key points here. Mainly, the fact that *I* turned away. He never left me. However, it was these times that allowed me to CHOOSE to turn back to Him, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:10). He knew that I would time and time again become lost and therefore needed a savior. Thank goodness for that J
